NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”).

1. SPONSOR: Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc., 590 Ygnacio Valley Rd., Suite 300 Walnut Creek CA 94596 (“Sponsor”).

2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498 (“Administrator”).

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Drumstick® Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, 18 in all other states) at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”), June 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET, September 28, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Within the Sweepstakes Entry Period, there will be four (4) monthly entry periods each with its own start date and time, end date and time as stated in the chart below (“Monthly Entry Period(s)”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. Administrator’s computer is the official clock for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

Non-winning entries from each Monthly Period will roll over to subsequent Monthly Period drawings, if any.

Additionally, after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period, Sweepstakes Entry Period prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period, as described herein.

There are two (2) methods to enter the Sweepstakes: (A) via Purchasing Any One (1) Drumstick ice-cream product and submitting related online entry; or (B) via mail-in entry without purchasing Drumstick ice-cream products.

1. Method #1: Entry via purchasing any one (1) Drumstick ice-cream product and submitting related online entry (“Online Entry”):

During the Sweepstakes Entry Period you will be able to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every purchase of any one (1) Drumstick ice-cream product during the Entry Period and submitting a related online form, subject to the entry limit in Rule 5 below. After your purchase of the Drumstick ice-cream product(s), visit www.drumsticksnackdown.com (“Website”) and follow these steps:

1. Complete the entry form including your full name, email address, complete mailing address, and daytime phone number.
2. Upload a photo of your proof of purchase (i.e., cash register receipt or online invoice with name of retailer and the date of purchase clearly indicated thereon) of the Drumstick ice-cream product.
3. Click the “Enter” button and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Period drawing corresponding to the date of entry for each individual product purchased, up to the maximum number of entries.

In submitting an Online Entry, you represent and warrant that the Drumstick ice-cream product purchase included as part of your entry was a legitimate household purchase.  All receipts are subject to verification by Sponsor/Administrator.  Photo of the receipt must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. Be sure that the required information is captured in the receipt photo, which includes the store/retailer name, date and time of purchase, a Drumstick ice-cream product and receipt total (“Required Information”). For longer receipts, you may submit a picture of the receipt folded ensuring that it shows the Required Information. Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, AND HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS & CONDITIONS (HTTPS://WWW.DRUMSTICKSNACKDOWN.COM) AND PRIVACY POLICY (HTTPS://WWW.ICECREAM.COM/US/EN/PRIVACY-POLICY). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN ANY PRIZE(S). DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL  RULES, SPONSOR’S TERMS & CONDITIONS AND SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. All entries via Drumstick ice-cream product purchase must be received by the End Date and Time of a particular Sweepstakes Period (as specified above) to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Period. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of a change in your e-mail address.

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and not required to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

(B) Method #2: Entry via Mail-in Entry Without Purchasing Drumstick ice-cream Products (“Mail-in Entry”):

To enter without purchasing Drumstick ice-cream Products, on a 3”x5” card, handprint your name, mailing address (with zip code), email address, and daytime phone number . Mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to: Drumstick Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999.

Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) business days thereafter as follows:

A valid 3”x5” card entry will result in twenty (20) entries in the applicable Monthly Entry Period and Sweepstakes Entry Period random drawing.

No photocopies, facsimiles, or mechanically reproduced mail-in entries will be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for entries that are, for any reason, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or have insufficient postage. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

Bonus Entries: Entrants may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries") for a chance to win. To receive Bonus Entries, an entrant must first complete and submit an Online Entry (which is preliminarily determined to be eligible by Sponsor/Administrator). Bonus Entries are only available from the Website during the Promotion Period.

To earn a Bonus Entry, share your Website Entry on your public X account on the Promotion Thank You page.

For Bonus Entry, proof of performing the specified action is not proof of recordation or receipt of the same by Sponsor/Administrator nor is it proof of receipt of Bonus Entry.

Online Entries, Mail-in Entries, and Bonus Entries may be collectively referred to herein as "Entry" or "Entries" from this point on.

5. LIMITATIONS: Limit of ten (10) Online Entries plus ten (10) Bonus Entries per person for a maximum of twenty (20) Entries during each Monthly Entry Period, regardless of the entry method. Multiple entries in violation of the preceding limit and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person with respect to the current Monthly Entry Period and all subsequent Monthly Entry Periods. Entries must be made by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Without limitation, no Online Entry will be valid if (a) the proof of purchase is corrupted, inaccessible, garbled, irregular or otherwise unacceptable; (b) the Drumstick ice-cream product purchase was not made during the corresponding Sweepstakes Period; (c) the proof of purchase is not included at time of submission of the entry form (piecemeal or partial submissions will not be accepted); or (d) the Drumstick ice-cream products were received in exchange for the return of other product(s). Proof of submission of an Online Entry or Mail-in Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. 6. RANDOM DRAWINGS/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Potential winners (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”) will be selected via a series of random drawings conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The random drawing to award the Sweepstakes Entry Period Prizes will be conducted on or about October 15, 2025. The random drawing to award Monthly Period Prizes will be conducted on or about the business day following the date that is eight (8) days following the end of each Monthly Period. Each Monthly Period random drawing will draw from all eligible entries received during that Monthly Period and all non-winning entries from previous Monthly Periods. If a sufficient number of entries are not received for  Monthly Period 1, non-winning eligible entries from subsequent Monthly  Periods will be used to award prizes for  Monthly Period 1.

Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Entry Period prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The odds of winning a Monthly Period prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Monthly Entry Period and any previous Monthly Periods.

7. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):

The above prizes are referred to herein as “Prizes”. Prizes will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

*The following applies to First Prize winners only:

Each First Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) (e.g. winner and one (1) guest) to the Summer Slam which will take place in East Rutherford, New Jersey (“Destination City”) on August 2, 2025, and August 3, 2025  (“Event”). Each First Prize winner and one (1) guest will receive round-trip economy airfare, three (3) night double occupancy hotel accommodations and two (2) tickets to the Event. First Prize winners will receive a $500 Travel Credit. Items not included as part of the First Prize which are the sole responsibility of the winner include but are not limited to, the following: transportation between winner’s home and departure airport nearest to winner’s home; baggage fees; activities and ground transportation not expressly included in the Trip; meals or meal plan expenses; travel insurance; room service; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; tips and gratuities; income taxes; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.

Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or First Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner is solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. In addition, winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. If any guest is a minor, he/she may only accompany his/her parent or legal guardian (i.e., the winner or guest of winner) on the Trip. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Trip and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates other than those set forth above, or refunded. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash (except for gift card component of same as required by applicable law and cash/cash equivalent component of same). The ARV for First Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of First Prize upon the results of a background check on winner and his/her guest(s) which may be done at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner and his/her guest (if a guest is a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, his/her/their parent or legal guardian) agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the First Prize (or, allowing guest to accompany First Prize winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of the winner and/or guest would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor (and/or its products). Winner and his/her guest (if a guest is a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, his/her/their parent or legal guardian) further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check (if applicable) is final and binding.

Winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and socially responsible manner during the Trip. The preceding includes abiding by all policies of MetLife Stadium (“Event Venue”)as well as abiding by all applicable laws/regulations as well as private entity requirements established to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus, including participation in activity being conditioned upon social distancing, wearing a facial covering, undergoing a COVID-19/Coronavirus test which comes back with a negative result or providing satisfactory proof of full vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus.

If winner does not have a guest to accompany him/her on the Trip, the prize will otherwise be awarded in increments appropriate for the actual number of travelers; and, in such event, no substitute prize or additional compensation will be awarded to winner.

If winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Destination City, air travel will be replaced with ground transportation and winner will not receive any compensation or additional prize in conjunction therewith.

In the event the Winner is able to attend the Event but the Event (or any portion thereof) does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor has no further obligation to the winner for that part of the prize.

Event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern if the Event does not take place due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason.  Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable Event Venue regulations in connection with the First Prize.  Sponsor reserves the right to remove or deny entry to Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Event.  Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Specific seat location at Event is of Sponsor’s sole determination. Ticket privileges are provided to winner and guest pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to winner/guest and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Attending the Event constitutes agreement of winner/guest (if any guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent/legal guardian) to the terms and conditions of such tickets, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as Event Venue policies, including those intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus (e.g., mask-wearing, provision of proof of vaccination, provision of proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test). Sponsor and/or Event Venue may revoke ticket privileges or admission to Event at any time for, amongst other things, failure of the holder to conduct themselves in accordance with the Event Venue’s code of conduct while at Event Venue at any time before, after or during any portion of the Event or if Winner or guest are determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law or Event Venue policy, or engages in any conduct that brings Sponsor, and/or Event Venue into disrepute.

Winner and guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification to enter the Event Venue. Guest of Winner must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to the Event. If any guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, such minor’s parent/legal guardian must be the Winner (or another guest of the Winner) and sign a Release on their behalf.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the date of the Event. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to Event not specified herein, including but not limited to: transportation to/from the Event, any fees, meals, tips, or taxes. The Sponsor and its agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Event cancellation/delay.

All WWE Gift Card prizes are subject to its terms and conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or used Gift Cards.

Following applies to all merchandise prizes:

All merchandise prizes are subject to its standard manufacturer’s warranty. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, lost, stolen or damaged prizes

Total ARV of all Prizes: $96,190.00.

All applicable U.S. federal, state and local taxes on or connected with claiming a Prize, and all other unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more (either individually or collectively) will receive an IRS form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Prize(s) received.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person, family, household or address per Sweepstakes Period and Entry Period combined, for a total of five (5) Prizes per person, family, household or address for the entire Sweepstakes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor's sole discretion, a Prize of comparable or equal value may be provided. No further substitutions will be allowed. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winners may be notified by email on or about three (3) business days after the conclusion of each Sweepstakes Period or the Entry Period, as applicable. Prize Winners may be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period (if applicable) will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes Period random drawing.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided on the entry form or 3”x5” card, as long as such person is eligible for the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules. For purposes of these Official Rules, “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

9. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, Administrator, and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC, and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. and X Corp. (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.

By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winners’ list (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes for affected Sweepstakes Period(s) in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the Prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by courts located in the State of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, special and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
