BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”).

ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498 (“Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY: The WWE & Drumstick® Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 18 in all other states) at the time of entry. Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Probability, LLC., (“Administrator”), World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC, or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor and Administrator, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”), April 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET, August 31, 2026 (“Overall Sweepstakes Period”). Within the Overall Sweepstakes Period, there will be four (4) entry periods each with its own start date and time and end date and time as stated in the chart below (“Entry Period(s)”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time (“ET”). Administrator’s computer is the official clock for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

Non-winning entries from each Entry Period will roll over to subsequent Entry Period drawings, if any.

Additionally, after the end of the Overall Sweepstakes Period, Overall Sweepstakes Period prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received throughout the Overall Sweepstakes Period, as described herein.

There are two (2) methods to enter the Sweepstakes: (A) via Purchasing any one (1) Drumstick ice-cream product and submitting related online entry; or (B) via mail-in entry without purchasing Drumstick ice-cream products.

Method #1: Entry via purchasing any one (1) Drumstick ice-cream product and submitting related online entry (“Online Entry”):

During the Overall Sweepstakes Period you will be able to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every purchase of any one (1) Drumstick ice-cream product and submitting a related online form, subject to the entry limit in section 5 below. After your purchase of the Drumstick ice-cream product(s), visit www.drumsticksnackdown.com (“Website”) and follow these steps:

Complete the entry form including your full name, email address, complete mailing address, and daytime phone number.
Upload a photo of your proof of purchase (i.e., cash register receipt or online invoice with name of retailer and the date of purchase clearly indicated thereon) of the Drumstick ice-cream product.
Click the “Enter” button and you will receive one (1) Online Entry into the Entry Period drawing corresponding to the date of entry and all subsequent Entry Period drawings and one (1) Online Entry into Overall Sweepstakes Period prize drawing.

In submitting an Online Entry, you represent and warrant that the Drumstick ice-cream product purchase included as part of your Online Entry was a legitimate purchase. All receipts are subject to verification by Sponsor/Administrator. Photo of the receipt must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. Be sure that the required information is captured in the receipt photo, which includes the store/retailer name, date and time of purchase, a Drumstick ice-cream product and receipt total (“Required Information”). For longer receipts, you may submit a picture of the receipt folded ensuring that it shows the Required Information. Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected.

IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN ANY PRIZE(S). DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SPONSOR’S TERMS & CONDITIONS AND SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. All Online Entries must be received by the End Date and Time of the applicable Entry Period (as specified above) to be eligible for that Entry Period. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of a change in your e-mail address.

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and not required to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

Gift With Purchase (“Offer”) (Online Entries ONLY):

When you submit an Online Entry during the Overall Sweepstakes Period, you may also be eligible for a Gift With Purchase (“Gift”) if your Online Entry has a receipt uploaded with three (3) 4-count boxes of any Drumstick product in one (1) receipt/transaction or two (2) 8-count boxes in one (1) receipt/transaction. Limit: one (1) Gift per person per Entry Period.

Gift recipients will receive one of the following: a bucket hat or a fun pack consisting of 2 koozies and an air freshener (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each gift is $10.00. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for processing and delivery of your Gift. Limited quantities available, Gifts will be provided on a first-come first-serve basis, while supplies last. Gifts will only be mailed to a valid street address (no P.O. boxes) in the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, as provided by entrant as part of their Online Entry.

Additional Offer Terms

Gifts may differ from image of same in advertising material with Sponsor disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Gift(s) must be accepted as provided; no substitutions, cash redemptions, returns, or exchanges of a Gift is permitted Purchases must be for personal use only; commercial or bulk orders do not qualify. Consumer’s return or exchange of a Drumstick product (in whole or in part) voids Offer as transaction will no longer qualify for receipt of Gift; in such case, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold Gift. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice. Sponsor is not responsible or liable if any receipt(s) or form(s) are garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, or otherwise defective, and may deny or partially fulfill submissions as applicable. Sponsor is not responsible for any technological failures, errors, or malfunctions affecting participation in the Offer. Any fraudulent activity will void the Offer and may result in legal action. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms, and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

(B) Method #2: Mail-in Entry Without Purchasing Drumstick Ice-cream Products (“Mail-in Entry”):

To enter the Sweepstakes without purchasing a Drumstick ice-cream Product, on a 3”x5” card, handprint your name, mailing address (with zip code), email address, and daytime phone number and mail it in a business size(#10) envelope to: WWE & Drumstick Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999.

Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by and received as follows:

No photocopies, facsimiles, or mechanically reproduced Mail-in Entries will be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for Mail-in Entries that are, for any reason, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or have insufficient postage.

Once a valid eligible Mail-In Entry has been received in accordance with these Official Rules, you will receive ten (10) Mail-In Entries and ten (10) Bonus Entries (as defined below) in the applicable Entry Period random drawing and in the Overall Sweepstakes Period random drawing.

Bonus Entries: Online Entrants may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries") for a chance to win in two ways, as described below.

1). To receive one (1) Bonus Entry, an Online Entrant must first complete and submit an Online Entry (which is preliminarily determined to be eligible by Sponsor/Administrator) and on the Thank You page, (per the onscreen instructions) share the Sweepstakes microsite on their Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and/or X account(s). One (1) Bonus Entry will be earned for each share.

2). To receive two (2) Bonus Entries, an entrant’s Online Entry uploaded receipt must consist of the following Drumstick products during each of the respective Entry Periods:

Entry Period 1: a product with Red, White and Blue flavor
Entry Period 2: a product with Cake Pop flavor
Entry Period 3: a product with Brownie Batter flavor
Entry Period 4: a product with Peanut Butter flavor.

Bonus Entry Limit: Limit of ten (10) Bonus Entries during each Entry Period regardless of method of entry

For Bonus Entries, proof of performing the specified action is not proof of recordation or receipt of the same by Sponsor/Administrator nor is it proof of receipt of Bonus Entry.

ENTRY LIMITS AND LIMITATIONS: Online Entries, Mail-In Entries, and Bonus Entries may be collectively referred to herein as "Entry" or "Entries" from this point on. Limit of ten (10) Online Entries, ten (10) Mail-In Entries, plus ten (10) Bonus Entries per person for a maximum of twenty (20) Entries during each Entry Period, regardless of the Entry method. Multiple Entries in violation of the preceding limit and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all Entries by such person with respect to the current Entry Period and all subsequent Entry Periods. Without limitation, no Online Entry will be valid if (a) the proof of purchase is corrupted, inaccessible, garbled, irregular or otherwise unacceptable; (b) the Drumstick ice-cream product purchase was not made during the Sweepstakes Period; (c) the proof of purchase is not included at time of submission of the Online Entry form (piecemeal or partial submissions will not be accepted); or (d) the Drumstick ice-cream product(s) were received in exchange for the return of other product(s).

Online Entries, Mail-in Entries, and Bonus Entries may be collectively referred to herein as "Entry" or "Entries" from this point on.

Entries must be made by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or Entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of an Online Entry or Mail-in Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of Entry. Receipt of Entries will not be acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if an Online Entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.

RANDOM DRAWINGS/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Potential winners will be selected via a series of random drawings conducted by Administrator. The random drawing to award the Overall Sweepstakes Period Prizes will be conducted on or about September 15, 2026. The random drawing to award Entry Period Prizes will be conducted on or about eight (8) days following the end of each Entry Period.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person, family, household or address per Entry Period, and a limit of one (1) Prize per person for the Overall Sweepstakes Period, for a total of five (5) Prizes per person, family, household or address for the entire Sweepstakes

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each winner is considered a “potential” winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winners may be notified by email on or about three (3) business days after each drawing. Potential Winners may be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release (“Winner Release”), where allowed by law, a Guest Release, as well as other documents that Sponsor or Administrator may require (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification will result in disqualification. Potential Winners of Prizes valued at $2,000 or more will also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9.

PUBLICITY GRANT: By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees to allow use of their name, username, likeness, city and state of residence, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant, except where prohibited.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, email, Messages, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), TikTok or X Corp. and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by courts located in the State of California. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

WINNERS LIST: For the first name, last initial, and city of the Winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The WWE & Drumstick Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by November 30, 2026.
